Formula 1 Action to Resume in Japan

Kimi Räikkönen leading under the lights of Singapore's new street circuit.
The next Formula 1 event is the Fuji Japanese Grand Prix, Oct. 10-12.  This is a critical race for Ferrari, which suffered a series of unfortunate incidents under the artificial lights of the new street circuit in Singapore. After being given a green light before refueling had been completed and suffering a subsequent puncture, Felipe Massa finished 13th.  Teammate, Kimi Räikkönen, double-pitted behind Massa and similarly delayed, made a valiant attempt to lead, achieving fifth place before losing control at the chicane and landing in the barriers.

Felipe is now seven points down on the leader for the Drivers' Championship and Ferrari drops to second place, one point behind the leader of the Constructors' classification.  For more details, visit FerrariWorld.com.
