Ferrari Initiates 24/7 Technical Concierge Service

Satisfied Ferrari owners can confidently drive their vehicles knowing that they are constantly under the care of the 24/7 Technical Concierge.
North American owners of Ferraris have a new reason to feel comfortable while driving their cars.  Ferrari North America announces the addition of a 24-hour technical concierge and car service to the Roadside Assistance program. This extension is designed to offer clients additional concierge service within the new car limited warranty and POWER program.

Part of a worldwide initiative, the 24/7 Technical Concierge service will provide owners who are covered by a new car limited warranty and/or one of the POWER service contracts to access a new level of assistance.  To access the new service, clients in need will continue to contact the Roadside Assistance toll free number (1-866-788-6760).

At this number, a few qualifying questions will be asked to clarify the customer’s concerns more specifically. If it is determined that the 24/7 Technical Concierge can address the issue, Roadside Assistance will then call a specially designated phone provided by the most appropriate Ferrari dealer. The Technical Concierge will then re-evaluate the concern and proceed with remedial action, such as dispatching an on-site repair of the vehicle.

At the time of the initial call, or when arriving on-site to repair the vehicle, if it is deemed that the vehicle cannot be repaired via the 24/7 Technical Concierge, the Technical Concierge has the ability to request a recovery unit be dispatched to pick up the vehicle and assist with the immediate needs of the customer.

For example, if the 24/7 Technical Concierge was dispatched and failed to repair the vehicle, potentially stranding a customer with no other means of transport, previously qualified Roadside Assistance would be dispatched to provide a chauffeur driven vehicle to take the client and passengers to their intended destination; such as home, work, airport etc.

The sun may be shining and the weather pleasant when a Ferrari owner needs help, but even during a rain or snow storm the 24/7 Technical Concierge is just a phone call away.
An automated customer call-back feature has also been added to the 24/7 Technical Concierge service.  Approximately 10 minutes after the provider’s estimated time of arrival, this feature will ensure that all services required by the customer have been successfully implemented.

Ferrari owners already know that their cars are among the most reliable and safe automobiles on the road.  Consequently, it is anticipated that most calls to “24/7” will be for minor issues such as a jump-start, wheel change or simple verbal assistance.  However, Ferraris involved in an accident or in need of service beyond 30 miles radius of a Ferrari dealer, or on roads where such service is not legally permitted, may not be eligible for 24/7 Technical Concierge service.  Owners are encouraged to call Ferrari Roadside Assistance in case of any need, even when in doubt of eligibility.
