This cover story, reviews DPS Velocity, a highly competitive software product that provides a means of editing video productions. The exhibitor's message was "faster, better editing." Avekta wrote a tradeshow booth presentation based on an auto racing theme. Shortly after the tradeshow, this article was placed on the cover of a leading trade magazine. The cover photo features Avekta Creative Director, George Avgerakis, owner of 3 Velocity systems, getting "blown away" at the controls of the software.

Vosaic - Video Streaming on the Internet

For a COMDEX tradeshow, a client representing the manufacturers of video streaming software for the Internet requested placement of a balanced, comprehensive review. This cover story was the first time video streaming software was reviewed by a magazine.

JVC - Introduction of D-9

To promote a new type of professional video recorders, this client requested a review of its newest devices. Avekta identified a high-volume purchaser, working for a major network and secured an interview that was highly praiseworthy of the new standard. The interview became a cover story that was printed shortly before the tradeshow, allowing reprints to be distributed to the audience as the magazine went to press.
